Overview

Do you have a specialism inhard servicesand are looking to join an exciting mixed-use shopping centre? You could be the newTechnical Services Managerof one of thelargest shopping centres in the East Midlands, playing a key role in thesenior leadershipteam onsite. You would also be working with one of thetop managing agentswithin the UK, who manage a variety of assets in the UK & worldwide.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Technical services leadership and management across the entire shopping centre.
  • Full accountability for the technical side of service charge budgets, CAPEX, and OPEX.
  • Manage the M&E service providers, oversee shop fits, and ensure Health & Safety compliance.

This role offers the opportunity to:

The right candidate will be:

  • Experienced in engineering with relevant qualifications or industry knowledge.
  • A proven manager of maintenance contracts and contractor supervision.
  • Skilled in working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including those at site level and within the asset management team.
  • Self-motivated, with strong leadership and communication skills, while being committed to customer service excellence & health and safety compliance (preferably NEBOSH).
