This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is either looking to build upon their skillset, gain experience within a variety of settings or just simply looking for a flexible working pattern/ better work-life balance!Your new companyHays Education are working with mainstream primary schools across Leicester who are looking for passionate teachers to join their teams.Your new roleAs a supply teacher within these schools, you will be working within KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience/preference) and will be responsible for creating a safe and welcoming classroom environment for the children to learn. You will be required to use effective techniques to engage all the children in the class by being flexible and creative in your approach.What you'll need to succeed

• You must have QTS.
• You will have a passion for working with children and be approachable with a natural ability to remain calm and in control at all times.
• You must be adaptable and flexible in your teaching style.
• You will have recent and relevant experience within a primary school setting and have an extensive knowledge of the KS1 or KS2 curriculum.
