My client is one of a hand full of agencies that research into how human psychology affects marketing engagement. With a client list of big household names, they offer a fast pace work environment where psychology meets marketing. If you’re interested in improving clients websites design or marketing materials while using UX and CRO this role would be ideal for you.

 

What a typical day looks like:

 

  • Managing clients marketing and UX study projects, communicating and understanding the client brief managing from start to finish.
  • Designing surveys for market research
  • Running research studies with participants
  • Using Eye tracking and Emotion technology as part of market research
  • Improving conversion rate optimisation by design
  • Communicating with the developer team
  • Collaborate with the team on analysing with the biometric software and user testing opportunities to improve marketing graphics to convert more

 

 

The candidate

 

  • Takes care and pride in their work
  • Enjoys the user engagement side of digital marketing
  • Is an excellent problem solver
  • Can communicate effectively
  • Is proactive and not afraid to work on a range of different projects
  • Good Verbal and written communication
  • Time and task management
  • Understanding of marketing and UX, designs and any limitations.
  • Psychology or HCI background an advantage or willingness to learn
  • Excel and understanding data collected from market research
