Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be an important part of the team, building relationships with new and existing customers.This company have been established for over 100 years, and continue to go from strength to strength. They have plans to continue their recent growth and are currently recruiting across the business. They specialise in the design and manufacture of specialised electrical power applications, and provide to a range of industries, specifically the automotive industry.In this role you will be responsible for processing all customer enquiries, reaching out via telephone, meeting clients face to face. You will interpreting requirements, producing designs and quotations for specific orders. You will also be responsible for communicating efficiently with the design and manufacturing team to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a good knowledge/qualification in electrical engineering, to fully understand the product. You will also have previous experience as a sales engineer, interpreting technical data and producing quotations. • Dealing with customer enquiries, building and developing relationships
• Producing designs, quotations/costing
• Liaise efficiently with design and manufacturing staff

The Person

• Experience/Qualification in Electrical Engineering
• Previous sales experience, in quotations and tendering
• Able to interpret technical data
