Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sub Agent to join our team for an exciting water project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of the project, working closely with the project management team and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Agent in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the water project.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets, identifying any deviations and proposing corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including reports, drawings, and project records.
  • Provide support to the Senior Agent in resolving any technical or logistical issues that may arise during the project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working on water projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques relevant to water infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
