Hayley Group Limited have an opportunity for an Onsite Manager to work with our well-established and experienced team based in the Leicester area. The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary.

About the Onsite Manager role

As our Onsite Manager, you will be supporting the team in the organisation of the onsite warehouse, assessing stock levels and providing excellent customer service and technical support to our customers. Ensuring KPI details are updated and maintained to the highest level. Interaction with all levels of personnel from Engineers to Senior Management, also working along side H+S and the Hygiene Team.

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities as our Onsite Manager will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of operations at a customer site.
  • Attending management and engineering meetings along with customer-specific projects.
  • Assisting with the management of engineering assets and identification of parts.
  • Preparing quotes and processing orders, on both the customers and our own CMMS/ERP systems.
  • Answering queries and providing excellent service to the customer.  
  • Maintain the accuracy of the KPI expectations including but not limited to.
    • OTIF
    • Stck Checks
    • Slw moving items

Skills and attributes we’re looking for in our Onsite Manager:

  • Experience within the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) industry is essential.
  • Experience working in stores management procurement would be ideal, however not essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals across various levels within the organisation is essential, as the role requires direct collaboration with the customer engineering team.
  • Full driving licence is required.
  • Customer-focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience in using Microsoft Office.
  • Able to prioritise workload and work as a part of a team.

The recruitment process
