Job Title: Goods In / Dispatch Operative
Location - Leigh-On-Sea
Hours: Mon - Thurs 08:00 - 16:30 and Friday 08:00 -15:30
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Job Requirements:
- Receiving parcels/deliveries
- Check delivery quantity against delivery note and sign off relevant delivery documents
- Identifying and recording serial numbers to identify parts in a maintenance cycle.
- Raising and highlighting any variance between orders and deliveries
- Liaison with Customer Support Team on incoming orders
- Accurate and timely completion of internal product documentation
- Maintain yard and department tidiness
- Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded.
- Liaise with customer to arrange collection times
- Arranging / booking deliveries and collections
- Performs job duties on various shifts in response to customer needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a desire to learn.
- Ability to work under own direction and monitor own workload.
- Ability to diligently follow work procedures and practices.
- Numerate and Literate
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail.
- Counterbalance forklift desirable/not essential
- Enthusiastic with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Attention to detail with a willingness to learn and good numeric skills.
- Ability to multitask and work to KPIs.
- Heavy lifting
- Full driving license essential
