Telemarketer

GPW are working with an established, successful and growing manufacturing business in Leigh.

As the Telemarketer, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth through proactive outbound calling campaigns in a manufacturing / industrial type environment.

Key Responsibilities as the Telemarketer:

•Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce a range of equipment and identify sales opportunities.

•Follow up marketing campaigns with outbound calls.

•Help manage website enquires including utilising a live chat tool

•Qualify leads and gather essential information about potential customers' needs, budgets, and timelines.

•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls and personalized communication.

•Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and technical specifications to interested prospects.

•Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and support the sales process.

•Utilize CRM software to track lead interactions, update customer profiles, and generate reports on telemarketing performance.

•Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt strategies and enhance sales effectiveness.

•Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue generation.

•Liaise with the marketing team with content to be used on social media and other marketing channels.

The role is a permanent position paying around £27,000 pa starting ASAP. The hours of work are Mon-Thurs 08:30-17:00 & Fri 08:30-15:00 with a 45 minutes for lunch.
