We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Product Support Administrator to join our client's team in Leighton Buzzard. Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is looking for a dedicated individual who can provide exceptional customer service and efficiently manage warranty claims and product support administration.

Summary:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 12 months with potential to be extended or made permanent
  • Location: Leighton Buzzard
  • Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
  • Hours: 37 hours per week 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 12.30 Friday
  • Opportunity to be a hybrid role - working from home on Mondays and Fridays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in completing parts return and warranty claim forms accurately.
  • Input data into the internal quality management system with precision.
  • Update and document case statuses, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the warranty adjudicator to promptly resolve claims within contractual requirements.
  • Raise credit authorisation requests as part of warranty closures.
  • Expedite orders through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, planning, and organising abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Good numeracy and data handling skills.
