We are currently recruiting for a Production Technician to work for a client based in Leighton Buzzard, for this role, you MUST have previous manufacturing, assembly and production experience. Our client are recruiting due to company growth.
Working Hours:
- 08:00am- 16:30pm, Monday to Thursday.
- 07:00am - 14:00pm, Friday.
- Total Hours = 39 per week.
Please note, there is NO flexibility on the working hours.
Duties:
- To handle the operation of manual linishers, manual lathes, centreless grinders and cutting wheels.
- Working to customer drawings.
- Finishing products/goods to a high level of accuracy.
- Supporting with the assembly and production of products, ready for dispatch.
- Working to targets, deadlines and KPIs.
- Adhering to health and safety processes and procedures.
Skills Required:
- A minimum of two years worth of production, manufacturing, and assembly experience.
- Experienced in using manual linishers, manual lathes, centreless grinders and cutting wheels.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
