Overview:

We are seeking a Temporary Process Support Assistant to join our client's Work Management team. This position involves office clerical tasks within a small Process Support team.

Principal Accountabilities:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Print, assemble, and check Work Order Cards (WOCs) for the work week, shutdown periods, and emergent work.
  • Cross-reference WOCs with the plan and shutdown periods, record on a tracking database, and highlight any discrepancies and progress within the Work Management Team.
  • Assemble work packages, checking for inconsistent slot references, specification issues, and superseded references, including peer checking each other's work.
  • Run document change reports to identify documents that have changed revision since packs were assembled, locate relevant WOCs, and progress issues.
  • Perform general office administration tasks such as running reports, issuing and filing WOCs, photocopying, scanning, and supporting the Work Management Team.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Experience with computers is ideal, though training on specific systems will be provided.
  • Good attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential for working closely with colleagues in a small team.
  • Minimum education: GCSE/National Qualification standards (or equivalent), with a preference for candidates with 'C' and above grades in English and Mathematics.

Additional Requirements:

If successful, you will be employed by Manpower on a temporary assignment at our client's site and will need to undergo vetting checks as well as a drug and alcohol test.
