We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Deputy Manager within a Children's Residential Home in Leiston along the Suffolk Coast. This is a 4 bedded residential home for Children with SEMH who require help and support to grow and develop into adulthood.

Our client provides care for Children aged between 9-17 years old, ensuring they live in nurturing homes.

THE ROLE

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

  • You will have experience working with Children with SEMH
  • You will have proven experience dealing with behaviour that challenges
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Have experience and knowledge of the Ofsted framework
  • NVQ level 3 or above (Essential)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Children's Health and Social Care ( not essential but must be willing to undertake)
  • A passion for supporting Children and encouraging independence
  • Creating staff rota's and monitoring staff holidays and sickness
  • Auditing case files and writing reports
  • Assisting the Registered manager in HR administration tasks
  • Good communicator on all levels
  • Excellent Commitment and reliability
