Our clients now have access to more than 900 experts across the group. These include new service areas such as planning, cyber security, data protection and risk management, to name a few.

Our large Legal Support team comprises of nearly 40 employees’ including 17 Legal Support Assistants, and also our IT, Archive and Database and Compliance teams. 

The Legal Support Assistant role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the firm maintain an outstanding level of service to all of our clients. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Legal Support team and contribute to the success of the firm, you will be based in our Lewes office, with roving to any of our other Sussex offices when required. 

Your key duties will be; 
  • document handling, including managing the firms post for your designated office
  • proof reading letters and documents
  • scanning, binding and copying of legal documentation
  • making appointments and arranging meetings as required
  • greeting and welcoming clients
  • completing tasks as requested by the legal teams within your designated office
You will have;
  • previous administrative experience, either in a law firm or another office environment
  • high degree of efficiency and accuracy
  • excellent organisational and prioritising skills
  • the ability to work in a busy team
  • excellent communication and client service skills
  • Full, valid driving license and access to own car (due to travel between multiple offices)
