Pre Construction Manager - Regional Building Contractor
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a developing regional contractor who has carved out an enviable reputation in the market with clients and competitors. They work within hotels, leisure, industrial and some social housing on projects from 2M up to 10M.
This is a new position within the company and for the right person would lead to a board director role within the business.
The successful person will be heading up a pre construction team that includes design managers, pre-con Qs's and estimators. This is also a very client facing role, with involvement in negotiated tenders, adding value as well as developing relationships with subcontractors.
In order to be considered you should either already be in a preconstruction manager role, or alternatively hold a senior role within estimating, surveying or design management. You should be a team player and be ambitious and self motivated.
