·Full time role, working Monday - Friday with optional Saturday Overtime.
·Start time 0700hrs at our yard in Leyland, finish around 1600-1700hrs depending on the location / duration of the work on any given day.

·Discretionary Christmas Bonus, subject to satisfactory trading.
·Salaried, permanent positions, with rates as follows:
Supervisor: £590 / week (£30,680 per annum)
Senior Landscaper: £530 / week (£27,780 per annum)
Landscaper Over 21: £515 / week (£26,780 per annum)

Your Role - Grounds Maintenance / Landscape Supervisor:
There is an opportunity for the right person to join our experienced team of landscapers, based at New Inn Farm, near Buckshaw Village, Leyland. Our current team are highly knowledgeable and hard-working and benefit from the trust of the owners and Directors - we think our clients get better results if our people are empowered to deliver the job for them.
During the growing season, you may be leading a small maintenance team, strimming, mowing, weeding and generally maintaining show homes and public open spaces. You'll also be part of a busy Landscaping division, so you'll need to "muck in" with general planting, turfing and landscaping work as well, particularly in the winter.
What we're looking for:
We’re looking for experienced people who can hit the ground running and fit in with our busy maintenance and landscaping team.
To do so, you’ll need the following:
·Full Driving Licence, and ideally experience driving larger vans.
·CSCS Card.
·Experience working as a grounds maintenance operative or supervisor, or landscaping operative / supervisor.
·Someone with high standards, who takes pride in their work and can others to do the same.
Or, it may be that you are developing towards becoming a supervisor, but are not quite ready yet – we’re still keen to hear from you – we are passionate about developing talent and several of our senior team joined the crew as landscapers – so if you have the right potential, we’re open to welcoming talent at the landscaper or senior landscaper level too.
