To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary role
- A passion for cooking and a creative approach to food preparation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A commitment to upholding food safety and quality standards
- Flexibility to work some weekends as needed
