We are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administratorto join our clients team on a permanent, full time basis.
As part of the Customer Service Team, the role will involve:
- Managing & responding to incoming calls, emails and online chat queries
- Managing order portals ensuring all information is kept up to date
- Developing product & technical knowledge to ensure a high quality service is provided and all queries are dealt with in a timely manner
Previous experience/skills required:
- Customer service/account management experience
- An excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate clearly
- Experience in handling technical/product related queries
- A friendly and helpful attitude
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office
Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday 08:30 -17:00
- Friday 08:30 - 16:45
