Job Description:As a Pastoral Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the well-being of our students and contributing to the positive school environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with students to provide emotional support and guidance.
  • Assisting in the implementation of pastoral care programs to enhance student welfare.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to address the individual needs of students.
  • Monitoring and promoting positive behaviour and resolving conflicts as needed.
  • Organizing and participating in extracurricular activities that contribute to the overall development of students.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a pastoral or support role within an educational setting is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy and understanding of the diverse needs of students.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders.
