Industrial Cleaner

Berry recruitment has an exciting opportunity for 2 industrial cleaners, for Monday to Friday shifts

Operatives will be expected to be able to work in a manual handling environment yielding in particular large brush and dustpans and industrial hoovers (where pipes are 6 inches diameter) This is an incredibly dusty environment at all times so please bear this in mind when applying for the roles.

There will be a lot of climbing flights of stairs that are like ladders and are very steep.

Working in a production area which is generally of a warm nature. Safety boots and hi vis is needed to be worn throughout the shift.

Monday to Friday work 06:00 start ; finish 18:00. Pay rate is £12 per hour. Overtime is paid after 48 hours worked a week. Additional hours are available if candidates are interested.

Progression within the company is always offered, for production operatives for the right applicants and 4 on 4 off shifts may then be on offer.

Manual Handling skills will be required, alongside verbal and written communication skills that are essential in the production side of the business for health and safety reasons.
