We are seeking a dedicated Registered Children's Manager for a 5-bed children's home. The role involves managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the welfare of the children in the home. - Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000

The Role: - Overseeing the daily operations of the children's home
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in care
- Managing and training staff effectively
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards
- Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
The Candidate: - Must have prior experience with Ofsted
- Must hold relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Strong leadership and management skills are essential
- Must be able to work effectively with children with complex needs
