Job Title: Extrusion Operator (Milling) - Technician
Recruitment Status: Currently recruiting
Job Description: Working in a busy, fast-paced agricultural (FMCG) factory environment as an Extrusion Operator (Milling) and technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhering to food safety and health and safety regulations onsite.
- Setting up and running machinery.
- Recognizing potential problems and resolving them or escalating to site engineers.
- Maintaining accurate documentation.
- Some level of physical fitness required.
Skills Required:
- Experience working with machinery in a manufacturing background.
- Positive attitude towards work.
- Team player.
- Food manufacturing experience (advantageous).
- Milling or extrusion experience.
Role Details:
- Shifts: Mix of days and nights (4 on 3 off, 3 on 4 off).
- Working hours: 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am.
- Overtime paid.
- Development opportunities available.
- Excellent rate of pay.
