We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven individual to head up their Lincoln branch as the Administration Team Leader.This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity that offers you variety. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day to day operations of the branch, leading on various aspects including people management, business processing, client support and overseeing regulatory requirements.Benefits:

Administration Team Leader Responsibilities:
  • Providing a proactive and high level/technical administration support across the branch
  • Communicating internally and with other parties to effectively respond to client queries
  • Overseeing complex queries, liaising with the relevant advisers and other parties as appropriate
  • Effective people management, ensuring key functions are performed consistently
  • Ensuring client files are fully complaint with all required documentation and identification
  • Progressing complex applications to ensure cases are completed within a timely manner
  • Updating promotions across the company website
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Senior administration experience
  • Ability to oversee, coordinate and manage workflow
  • Excellent client interaction skills in-person and over the telephone
  • Strong team-player as well as working well independently to ensure deadlines are met
