Description

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Assist in the creation of policies and procedures to foster a positive work culture.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, from job advertisements to interviews.
  • Assist with performance management processes.
  • Support employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Provide support for employee-related queries.

Profile

A successful People and Culture Coordinator should have:

  • A CIPD Level 5 in HR.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
