Madisons Recruitment are actively seeking an experienced Site Manager to take control of the daily site activities based in Lincoln. The ideal candidate will need to have a proven record of delivering projects to customer specifications, quality and exceed expectations.

This contract is temporary & paying £250 per day.

The Ideal Candidate will have a back ground working with Residential / commercial new builds from start to finish.

Job Description: 

  • Manage the safe delivery of daily activities on site.
  • Manage all health and safety issues related to the project
  • Ensure that safe working practices and safety procedures are fully implemented across the site/project/contract
  • Monitor attendance & time keeping as well as keeping records such as diaries etc.
  • Manage material orders and/or call offs to ensure timely delivery of materials required to meet the programme requirements.
  • Ensure all relevant design & specification documentation is current and communicated to the onsite team
  • Ensure that all additional work is identified,
  • Appreciate and understand the commercial implications within the construction process and incorporate these with decision making
  • Any other duties required which will help the requirements of the Company to achieve the goals set out

Essential Criteria:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience. 
  • Excellant Communications skills - Written and verbal 
  • SMSTS Certificate
  • CSCS
  • First Aid (Essential)
  • Can be paid via CIS or LTD Company

  • Excellent motivational and team leading skills
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to effectively deal with contractors, site staff, third party suppliers and client teams. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, impartiality and discretion. 
  • High level of integrity and drive for excellence.
