Red Recruitment 24:7 are excited to be working on behalf of a great business in the Lincoln area who are seeking an experienced Office Manager to be based at their head office.


Do you have strong administration experience and are looking for your next role? This could be for you! We are looking for a well organised and assertive Office Manager. The perfect candidate will excel in fast paced environments and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects while ensuring customer satisfaction.


As the Office Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the business, dealing with clients and ensuring they are supported.


Responsibilities:


·Provide excellent customer service to clients, suppliers and contractors.

·Address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.

·Assist with payroll, invoicing and record-keeping.

·Support staff training and development initiatives.

·Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

·Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.


Skills:

·Previous experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrator.

·Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·Accounts/ledger experience is desirable – both purchase and sales ledgers.

·Strong MS Office skills – especially Excel.


This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday - 08.30-17.00

Salary up to £28k DOE
