Yard Operative/Machine Operator

Talented People are looking for a machine operator/yard operative for a company based in Lingfield.

The role is Monday to Friday, 07:00am to 16:00pm and will involve cutting timber using specialist equipment which full training will be given.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the fabrication and assembly of timber
- Handle materials and perform basic materials handling tasks.
- Utilize machinery and tooling to complete assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of projects.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
- Own transport to get to and form the workplace as it is not near public transport station
- Must live within 20 miles of the workplace
- Work experience in an outside environment will be beneficial but previous experience within this field is not essential.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
