Position: Sales & Support Executive

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Sales & Support Executive, passionate about professional training and development, to join our growing team. The role is office-based in Linlithgow, West Lothian and is a full time position.

Mi Crow is a leading, innovative provider of 3-minute online training videos that cover a wide range of topics including Cyber Security Awareness, Mental Health at Work, How to Use Teams, How to Use Microsoft365 and much more. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of what we do and makes us an outstanding provider of services. Because many of our videos relate to cyber protection and IT skills, a large portion of our clients are IT Companies / IT Support Companies.

Job Purpose

Having established ourselves in the professional education market, we are looking to bring our offering to a larger number of clients and to take even better care of our existing ones. We are in an exciting new phase of investment and development and are looking for someone dynamic and enthusiastic to join our team

Job Role

  • Communicate with customers via email and phone to provide quotes, process payments, and general enquiries
  • Identify opportunities to generate new sales and contact potential new customers
  • Liaise with potential customers to close key sales
  • Assist in marketing campaigns and manage social media accounts
  • Manage the CRM system ensuring it is updated and used to diarise and plan calls
  • Understanding competitors market position and ensuring the business stays competitive
  • Generate and send invoices promptly to customers
  • Provide prompt responses to customer queries and provide an exceptional service
  • Maintain meticulous records and filing systems
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and streamline processes
  • Reports to the General Manager

Person Specification

  • Slight preference for individuals that have successfully sold to IT Companies / IT Support Companies / Managed Service Providers
  • A strong interest in or passion for professional learning and development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Confident to contact potential customers and close a sale
  • Experience of working in an office environment advantageous but not essential
  • Experience of Managed Service Providers advantageous but not essential
