Accounts Administrator / Full time / Lisburn
Reed Accountancy & Finance are working closely with a successful client in the engineering industry in Lisburn and are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join their small team.
This is a permanent position office based.
Working as part of a small team, the post holder will be of support to the Accounts Manager and will assist with any day-to-day administration.
Specific duties will involve:
Processing purchase invoices
Matching and coding invoices with purchase orders
Query resolution
Preparing invoices for payment
Processing expenses
Credit card and bank reconciliation (daily)
Booking travel and accommodation
The Person:
Applicants should have previous experience working in an office environment and will be able to multi-task.
Applicants will have a high degree of attention to detail and will be able to manage a high volume of work in a methodical way.
Applicants will have previous accounts experience.
The ability to speak German would be extremely beneficial, but is not essential.
