Your new role
In your new role, you will be working Monday - Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing support to the compliance team
- Assisting with Human Resource related queries
- Training and monitoring of company training courses - liaising with line managers when required to do so
- Providing support for company meetings and minute taking from time-to-time
- Assisting with internal and external recruitment processes
- Management of personnel documents and subcontractor forms
- Carrying out other duties within scope
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following:
- Excellent IT and administration skills with experience in MS suite
- Initiative to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong awareness of customer needs
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience of dealing with HR and training development administration
- Working knowledge of Sage HR would be useful but not essential.
- Team player with demonstrated cross-function achievements
