Your new role
In your new role, you will be working Monday - Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing support to the compliance team
  • Assisting with Human Resource related queries
  • Training and monitoring of company training courses - liaising with line managers when required to do so
  • Providing support for company meetings and minute taking from time-to-time
  • Assisting with internal and external recruitment processes
  • Management of personnel documents and subcontractor forms
  • Carrying out other duties within scope



What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following:

  • Excellent IT and administration skills with experience in MS suite
  • Initiative to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong awareness of customer needs
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience of dealing with HR and training development administration
  • Working knowledge of Sage HR would be useful but not essential.
  • Team player with demonstrated cross-function achievements
