Your new company
My client, an award-winning financial services organisation based in the heart of Liverpool city centre, is seeking a pair of professional administrators from the banking / financial services sector.

Your new role
The position is being offered full-time, Monday to Friday. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 09.00am until 17.30pm and Friday 09.00am until 17.00pm.
A hybrid model is also in place, being able to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to.
Responsible for the receipt of all finance documentation and proofs across the business
Obtaining any additional or further information required by the relevant finance house
Updating the system and the relevant finance house systems with all payout information and advising managers.
Providing support to other administration functions when required.
Identifying any incorrect or possible fraudulent proofs and qualifying with the funder.
Working closely with the accounts team to ensure any deposit cheques or shortfall payments are received and cleared
