Are you a private client tax specialist with trust experience, looking to take the next step in your career? We're recruiting on behalf of a leading professional services firm in Liverpool, looking to appoint a Private Client Tax Senior or Assistant Manager to join their dynamic and growing tax team.

The Role:You'll work closely with the Tax Manager and wider team to manage a varied portfolio of private clients, high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates. Key responsibilities include:

Preparing personal tax and trust returns, ensuring compliance and timely submissions

Liaising with HMRC, clients, and third parties

Providing proactive advice and building strong relationships with clients

Supporting the wider tax team on ad hoc advisory projects

Conducting technical research and staying up to date on relevant legislation
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

3-4 years of relevant experience in personal tax/trusts

Experience preparing tax returns and working with high-net-worth clients or estates

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude

Good IT skills including tax software, Excel and Microsoft Office

ATT or STEP qualified or studying (ACA/ACCA with desire to specialise in private client tax also considered)
