Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and implement robust financial policies and processes.
- Collaborate with senior management in financial planning and decision making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting activities.
Profile
A successful Accountant should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous.
Job Offer
