Description

Oversee the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Develop and implement robust financial policies and processes.
Collaborate with senior management in financial planning and decision making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Manage budgeting and forecasting activities.

Profile

A successful Accountant should have:

A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous.
