Kitchen Duties:
- Perform kitchen duties and production as directed by the Senior Kitchen Management Team.
- Maintain records and carry out necessary temperature checks.
- Ensure all dish specifications are followed and adhered to.
Health & Safety:
- Deliver an operation with health and safety at the heart of everything you do.
- Implement company processes for hygiene and safety.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, COSHH, and due diligence systems.
Operational Excellence:
- Liaise with kitchen and front of house staff for service standards.
- Ensure staff uniforms comply with company and legal standards.
- Follow opening and closing procedures and communicate issues to the Senior Management Team.
Personnel Management:
- Supervise team members
- Ensure prompt time management and deal with day-to-day problems.
- Assist in company training programs and keep personal training up-to-date.
- Extensive knowledge of food handling and food safety standards.
- Full awareness of allergen and calorie procedures.
- Positive and passionate focus on food and hospitality.
- Experience in a similar environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively between front and back of house teams.
- Calm, resilient, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
