Head of Marketing

Onsite in Liverpool (Option of hybrid after the probationary period)

Up to 50,000 DOE

This is a leadership position within our business, seeking an expert in marketing and lead generation with extensive experience in driving B2C sales.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing and continually enhancing our B2C website and sales portal
• Developing marketing strategies to achieve B2C sales targets
• Identifying and managing third-party lead generation partners
• Planning and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns
• Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance data
• Producing reports on marketing activities and outcomes
• Managing, developing, and promoting the brand to build awareness
• Creating and implementing multi-channel campaigns with a focus on digital, as well as traditional methods
• Assisting with various marketing activities as needed within the business

Requirements:

• High-level experience in B2C marketing (5+ years)
• Marketing qualification (Degree / CIM or similar)
• Experience in strategy development, paid social advertising, email marketing, copywriting, data analysis and reporting
• Experience in lead generation
