Full Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee our client's construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and proven leadership skills to manage teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all site activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel.
  • Oversee the management of resources, including staff, equipment, and materials.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with building regulations and quality standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Resolve conflicts or delays in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Direct Mechanical/HVAC Experience & relevant background/qualifications in relevant fields.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A commitment to health, safety, and sustainability on-site.
