We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architectural Technician to join A dynamic team of Architectural professionals in Liverpool.
They are a small team of around 5 staff, and are looking for an experienced Technician or Technologist to provide Technical expertise on a variety of interesting project types - Residential, Commercial, Retail, Leisure.
As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of projects, working closely with architects and other design professionals to ensure that designs are translated accurately into construction drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the production of detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design quality
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
- Stay current on industry best practices
Requirements:
- Degree qualification preferred, but not essential
- 5+ years of experience as an Architectural Technician
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. REVIT would also be beneficial.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
