Our client, a leading property development company specializing in high-quality residential apartment blocks, is looking for a talented individual to join their team as a Contracts Manager.

As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the contractual aspects of our property development projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and purchase agreements.
