Maintenance Electrician at PRS in Liverpool, England

We are recruiting for a resident electrical engineer to work on a prestigious facility in the Liverpool area.
The role is a Temporary ongoing position (possibility of a temp to perm for the right candidate)
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days.
20/hr PAYE (Umbrella 26/hr) basic hours
Parking on site
Pool van available for some tasks on the estate

Description:
The Maintenance Electrician with largely complete reactive works and repairs of electrical and general building services plant including:
Power distribution, lighting fittings (includes emergency lights), lamp replacement, plant room systems, access and control systems etc.
Complete Compliance checks
Maintain stocks of critical spares and other stock pertaining to responsibilities.
Planned works
Small works
Overlap with mechanical and fabric

Requirements:
A recognised apprenticeship in electrical discipline (level 3 etc.)
18th edition electrical safety.
Good verbal, numerate, interpersonal and computer skills
Personally motivated with initiative, flexibility, and innovation to continually develop skills.
A good knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation
Previous experience or maintenance and facilities sector works
