We are working with a successful financial services organisation in Liverpool to recruit for an IFA Administrator to join their growing administration function.

Client Details

This IFA business has been established for nearly 20 years, with a strong staff count and an ever growing team. They were formed with several clear goals, and continue to build their name is the market for being straight forward financial advisers. This business have a great culture and really nurture their staff and let people carve out their own careers.

They have a network of offices around the UK and are continuing to grow through organic growth and through acquisition. The site in Nottingham is their head office function, and provides the perfect environment for learning and development.

Description

As IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing portfolio valuations, producing illustrations and processing of new business
  • Arranging meetings with clients for the advisers
  • Handling client's requests and queries
  • Preparing suitability reports for the approval of the Financial Adviser in line with the company policy
  • Sending reports and investment information to clients
  • Accurately submitting data on the system for clients
  • Ensuring work is completed in specified timelines.

Profile

The successful applicant for this role must have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm
  • Experience of report writing, valuations and appraisals would be ideal
  • Strong administration skill set
  • Great communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Up to date with current FCA Legislation would be ideal
