The role will be temporarily based from our Chester office for an interim period.
As a Bookings Consultant (Managed Services) with a focus on providing an excellent customer service, you'll be tasked with providing our internal healthcare clients with exceptional talent and building trusting relationships, understanding their unique recruitment needs.

We are looking for a Bookings Consultant who:
- Has previous experience working in sales and/or recruitment
- Has experience of working in the health and social care sector (desirable)
- Can work to strict timelines
- Can work in a fast paced environment
- Has a strong focus on sales
- Is independent and self-motivated
- Pays close attention to detail and is well organised
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with internal healthcare clients to understand their unique recruitment needs.
- Providing a seamless recruitment and scheduling process for both clients and candidates.
- Developing consistent growth for your designated geographical patch
- Generating new business and developing existing business
- Ensure suitable candidates are recruited and ensure strong recruitment pipeline.
- Onboarding of candidates ensuring recruitment compliance standards are met.
- Scheduling shift rotas.
- Providing a high standard of customer service.
