We are currently working a dynamic Construction H&S Consultancy who are looking to grow their team with a focus on the new BSA Principal Designer service.
The are ideally looking for QualifiedArchitects or Design Managers with experience of working on High Rise Residential Buildings.
An understanding of the Building SafetyAct and CDM 2015 Regulations is required whilean awareness of thecurrent Building Regulations, Approved Codes of Practice, British Standards would be preferred.
The Role:
- Support with project design and technical reviews in relation to BSA & CDM
- Build and culture relationships with clients, consultants and contractors
- Oversee design work for compliance on projects, including Project Quality Plans
- Oversee and undertake the role of BSA PD and CDM PD on multiple projects
