About the Role:We are seeking two enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our New Starters team as Administrators. This role is essential in supporting our Business Development and Payroll teams by ensuring new and existing contractors are accurately set up and supported throughout their engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register new starters for payroll and manage their onboarding process
  • Clearly explain payment types and ensure all relevant documentation is shared and returned
  • Apply for compliance-related documents based on country-specific requirements (UK and EU)
  • Verify ID documents and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
  • Handle queries from contractors and agency consultants via email and phone
  • Update contractor details as needed and liaise with internal departments
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide updates when required
