We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join our amazing client on a 6-month fixed term contract. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of employee relations, playing a key part in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

This role is mostly home based, but will require going into the office as the business needs. There is opportunity to choose the times you work between 6am-10pm so long as your hours are completed!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive and up-to-date advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee relations concerns, ensuring adherence to company policies and employment law.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics to managers and employees.
  • Partner with the HR team to maintain and update employee relations policies and procedures.
  • Build strong working relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a culture of trust and open communication.
  • Stay current on relevant employment law and best practices in employee relations.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, with a strong focus on employee relations.
  • Proven ability to provide clear, concise, and professional advice on complex employee relations issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding practical solutions to employee relations concerns.
  • A confident and diplomatic demeanor, with the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and best practices in employee relations.
