- Make initial contact with key decision makers in the health and beauty industry and build a business relationship
- Use a consultative sales approach to identify suitable products and services to meet the client's needs
- Listen and understand the client's needs and issues with other suppliers to ensure a tailored solution
- Make appointments with beauty clients for the field sales team to attend
- Manage diary and pipeline of potential prospects
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Keep the CRM system up to date with activity and client information
- Ideally you will come from a telephone sales background (any industry/role)
- Have a genuine interest in health & beauty products and services
- Strong verbal and listening skills coupled with a professional telephone manner
