Are you a Senior Reward Partner with International experience looking for an exciting new role?

Do you want to play a key role in attracting and retaining talent by offering competitive and innovative Reward packages?

This could be the ideal opportunity for an experienced Senior Reward Specialist, keen to move to a highly regarded and stable business. This business is looking to recruit someone who has the experience to work at a senior level to design and direct the Reward strategy in the UK, Europe and emerging markets.

Working directly for the HR Director you will be bringing in new, fresh and innovative ideas. Your ideas and thought leadership will also focus on Diversity and Inclusion to ensure equality of approach. In addition to the creative strategic elements, you will with your team be responsible forthe operational delivery and management of Reward activity.

As part of the Senior Leadership team, your role will involve developing and executing strategy around Reward, you’ll work closely with Finance and the Head of HR and drive the Reward roadmap.

You will bring expertise, influence and an ability to communicate with key stakeholders right up to board level. The ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders is critical to the successful implementation of any new Reward policy. This means that relationship building and communication will be central to your role.

Your scope of analysis in Reward will include - review and map existing benefits + terms and conditions; day to operational reward structures, policies, procedures; bench marking key reward criteria; pay reviews; job grading and evaluations and play a key part in delivering a performance framework which h is linked to remuneration.

Currently, a senior Reward professional withinternationalexperience, you will already be working at a similar level and have the capability to build relationships at all levels.You will be a subject matter expert who is able to communicate and engage with a range of stakeholders.
