CRM Analyst - (CRM, Salesforce, Dynamics, D365, Configuration, Hands on, PowerBI, Reporting, Business Systems, Clickup, Hubspot) - FTC - Home Based/Liverpool

Charles Simon Associates are currently recruiting for a CRM Analyst on an initial 18 month FTC with a view to going permanent for a charity organisation that are based in Liverpool.

The charity in question works across the North West supporting people with learning difficulties and mental health conditions.

This role is a remote first position with travel to St Helen’s and Liverpool when needed.

Location: Home Based

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum D.O.E

Skills/Requirements for the CRM Analyst:

  • Previous experience within a similar role is vital, we need the candidate to hit the ground running
  • Strong CRM configuration, ideally within Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Clickup or Hubspot. However, any CRM configuration would be acceptable
  • Extensive experience working within CRM projects
  • Ability to create and run Reports within ideally PowerBi and/or SSRS
  • SQL Database knowledge
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills

Start date is ASAP for the CRM Analyst

The CRM Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Leading in translating business and functional requirements into technically feasible solutions that enable organisational improvement and transformation.
  • Providing configuration and technical support to the project and the Business Analysts
  • Dealing with 3rd party suppliers and stakeholders when needed
  • Leading on the full project lifecycle which will normally include System and Process design, build, testing, training, system documentation and post go-live support and ongoing system administration and user support.
  • Supporting the Business Systems Manager to deliver on project deadlines and ensure that any improvements to Applications and Information System processes are kept up to date and properly documented.
  • Supporting the Business Analyst’s in writing up any functional / technical specifications and any project documentation.
  • Configuring core systems in order to meet end user requirements.
  • Implementing solutions in order to enforce data integrity within the business
  • Work closely with other members of the ICT team to deliver the overarching ICT digital strategy.
