Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - 12-18 Months

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Working Pattern: 9-5 Monday to Friday, Flexible, Hybrid

Job Brief: Solutions Architect - Financial TransformationI am seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions for a public sector client of mine. The Solutions Architect will be a key member of the Digital and Technology Team, collaborating with various squads and project delivery teams to achieve our strategic objectives.The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving change within the financial domain. They will have a track record of successful solution design and delivery, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the Solution Designs for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Provide expertise in data and application solution delivery as part of the overall project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of architectural designs.

Required experience:

• Proven experience as a Solutions / Domain Architect or in a similar role within the financial sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Solution Architecture tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using standard solution architecture modelling notations and tools.
• Extensive knowledge of financial systems and processes, with a focus on transformation and innovation.
• A thorough understanding of information and data security principles.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks and methods, such as The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).
