BramahHRare seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our fantastic client based in Kirby, Liverpool. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to the legal team and ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence- Organize and maintain legal files and documents- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and faxes- Transcribe dictations and audio recordings- Maintain attorney calendars and deadlines- Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role for the past 2 years- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software applications- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy- Excellent time management and organisational skills- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
