GH Engage are currently recruiting for an Multi-Skilled / Mechanical biased Engineer to work for one of the UK's top building services maintenance provider at a static site in the centre of Liverpool, Merseyside.

The successful candidate will be C&G Level 2/3 Mechanical and have a solid work history in building services. You will be joining a small team carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Planned & Reactive Maintenance
• Pumps (Bearings, Seals, etc.)
• Motors
• Fire Alarms
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Chillers
• Water Treatment
• Plumbing

Qualifications & Experience

• City & Guilds Level 2/3 Mechanical
• Building services experience with a solid work history
• Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team
• Experience working within a client-facing environment
